Brian Neale

Brian, a South Florida native, grew up in the Jupiter area exploring the many adventures that nature has to offer. After years of struggling with his own addiction, Brian finally found success through AA support and a program that emphasized outdoor activities.

Brian devotes his career to helping others through the process of sobriety. Starting his career at Voyage as a Behavioral Health Technician, Brian quickly moved up to the role of Experiential Coordinator. An avid outdoorsman, Brian plans Experiential activities for patients with great care. In this position, he focuses on motivating men to step beyond their comfort zones, encouraging them to embrace new challenges while on experiential.

Whether it's conquering a new trail on a mountain bike or catching their first wave while surfing, Brian empowers patients to face their fears and realize their potential. His commitment to fostering confidence shines through in every activity he facilitates, helping others find strength in nature, just as he did.
